Love from God

Dear all,

God here. A lot of you have been asking where I was during the Aurora shootings. I'm sorry, I have been too busy looking after the injured and their families to have time to write an answer. But they are doing well now, so I'll take a few minutes to address you.

First of all, I created this world not so you all would live perfect, pain-free lives. A life of perfection is a life that never grows, that never improves, that never suffers, that never learns. Suffering and loss is part and parcel of life. Without the bad stuff life is not complete. To feel suffering means you are still alive.
If life is perfect, everyone would already be in heaven. But because nobody is perfect, and you all still have things to learn, you are still on earth. To learn how to be good humans, to grow. You suffer so you can know the value of what you have when you still have it.

So you really think my periodic miracles prove my existence? I want you all to know that I was there during the shooting. I was there with everyone, looking after them. The ones who have died are with me now, in Heaven. I am still looking after the injured. The proof? My heart. My wounds. Every bullet that was shot at someone went through me first. Please have more faith. Stop relying on my miracles to see what is right in front of you. My love for you is unconditional--why must your faith not be so?

To finish, please be kind to everyone. It is a lesson for all humanity to learn. Not just to treasure your friends and family while you have them, but to look out for everyone, even strangers. Had the shooter been chatted with or offered a drink right before he entered the theatre he might have changed his mind, and the lives of 12 people. You don't know what everyone is going through in their lives. You must all act together to make your societies loving and caring.

Love from God.
